Absolutely. Anyone who has a desire to develop MORE, BETTER, or DIFFERENT skills is welcome. Depending on the type of workshop that is being offered, the workshop will attract a particular audience. For example, workshops that have a Behavioral Interview focus are more likely to attract individuals who are responsible for the hiring of an employee.
